How to calculate foot size
Put on the type of socks that you usually wear with your shoes and measure your feet in the afternoon (feet tend to swell during the day). Stand on a hard surface and place a sheet of white paper under your foot. Distribute the weight evenly. Measure from the edge of the paper under the heel to the longest part of the foot, which may or may not be the big toe. Use a ruler to measure the marked length in centimeters.
