A. Measure the circumference of the chest, under the armpits.

B. Measure the greatest circumference of the waist. In the belly button.

C. Measure the greater circumference of the hip.

D. Measure the greater circumference of the thigh.

E. Measure from shoulder to shoulder with the arms close to the body.

F. Measure from the shoulder, passing through the elbow and ending at the wrist.

G. Measure from the neck notch to below the crotch.

H. Measure from waist to ankle.

L. Measure from the crotch to the ankle on the inside.

M. Measure from the bottom of the neck to the waist.

N. Measure the greatest circumference of the neck.

O. Measure the greater circumference of the biceps.

P. Measure from the notch of the neck through the crotch to the base of the back of the neck.

Q. Measure from the greater circumference of the calf.

R. Measure from the neck notch to the belly button.
