The unique non-metallic anti-perforation insole, compared to the classic steel insole, is lighter, more flexible and secure since it can be sewn directly to the upper part, thus protecting the entire sole of the foot. U-POWER has integrated into its manufacturing only Save & Flex PLUS quality material, which offers a resistance to perforation of 1100 N, according to the highest standards.

An innovative tongue system designed to accompany flexion and provide walking comfort, without adding load to the foot. This exclusive technology is the result of intensive studies on the ergonomics of the foot. This is the division of the anatomical support combined with a multi-density padded support inserted into the tongue.

MEMORY GEL U-POWER insoles are made of polyurethane with a soft anti-impact gel. Thanks to the softness of the material, the heel rises effortlessly. The foot will stay away from small bumps and pressures that can annoy the workers and they adapt without difficulty to any type of footwear. Antibacterial, breathable and anatomical.

The body of the insole in MEMORY FOAM in Elastopan by Basf, thanks to its heat-sensitive viscoelastic properties, takes the shape of the foot and helps to improve weight distribution, cushioning pressure points that can create discomfort. Dynamic ergonomics also help improve plantar arch support and absorb shock.

Anatomical insole in soft, breathable and antibacterial polyurethane, thanks to the coupling with open-cell fabric on the support part. The part of the lower support is provided with grooves at different heights, to optimize adaptation to the foot, even after many hours of wearing the shoe. The distribution of the concentric and ergonomic holes over the entire surface makes this insole extremely breathable, keeping your feet dry in any weather.

Anatomical base, created from studies on the morphology of the foot, which is manufactured with a dual PE and EVA support system covered with a textile surface. Extremely comfortable, antibacterial and antistatic insole to always have your feet rested and fresh.

An exceptionally comfortable and relaxing insole, born from our know-how, made on an EVA backing covered with an exceptionally dry antibacterial open cell textile surface. Extremely light and non-slip, it ensures maximum performance in the most extreme work situations.

Removable anatomical and lightweight EVA insole with carbon fibers and ceramic particles, thanks to which the foot temperature remains constant even on high-temperature floors.

Very soft anatomical footbed with open, light and breathable micro cells. Thanks to the coupling with an extremely light material, it guarantees fresh and dry feet throughout the day.

Insole made of a special “memory” material, which increases the height by 50 mm and, when supporting the foot, keeps the spine in a relaxed and natural position, improving posture and guaranteeing comfort.

The exclusive insole is made of real leather with EVA support, thanks to the special tanning procedure it is antibacterial. After studying the anatomy of the foot at length, this sole offers great lateral support to your heel, the addition of special gel guarantees the absorption of impacts generated during work activity. A sole that guarantees fresh and dry feet, even after long hours of work.

The GORE-TEX membrane is the secret at the core of GORE-TEX footwear. It offers a high climatic comfort in any climate.

The GORE-TEX membrane contains microscopic pores 20.000 times smaller than a drop of water and 700 times larger than a molecule of water vapor. In this way, it offers long-lasting waterproofing and high breathability.

TESTED QUALITY WITHOUT COMPROMISES

All footwear components (leather, fabrics, laces, foam, threads) and the entire product design are intended to deliver maximum performance in the intended end use after undergoing extensive quality testing during all phases of development and production.

GORE-TEX Footwear far exceeds the requirements of EN ISO 20345/347 with regard to waterproofing, breathability and durability.

Long-lasting waterproofing

GORE-TEX footwear must withstand up to 300.000 push-ups (80 hours) with water at the ankle without a drop of water entering. The EN ISO 20344 standard only establishes 4800 flexures (80 minutes) and 3 cm2 of water inlet.

Breathability Durability

The breathability of the materials used to make GORE-TEX Footwear is up to six times higher than that specified in the EN ISO 20345/47 standard.

Durability

The lining and upper part of GORE-TEX Footwear must resist up to four times more abrasion movements than specified in the EN ISO standard.
