TEXTILE ANTIPERFORATION INSOLE: Daily work is very often carried out on very aggressive surfaces or where there are elements that when stepped on can penetrate the sole of the footwear. To avoid these accidents, Paredes incorporates in its footwear non-removable inner insoles made of textile material composed of multiple layers of compacted very high resistance textile fibers that offer a level of protection against perforations that far exceeds the values required by the EN 20345 standard. Unlike the classic metal insoles, the Compact insoles offer 100% protection of the tread surface, are extremely flexible and light, dielectric and also have great resistance to high and low temperatures, additionally providing excellent thermal insulation . FIBERGLASS TOE: One of the most important advances in recent years in the manufacture of safety footwear has been to get lighter shoes. To help achieve this goal, Paredes Seguridad incorporates fiberglass protective toe caps into most of its safety footwear. Lightweight, non-magnetic, heat-insulating material resistant to a shock equivalent to 200 joules with a weight less than steel. It guarantees greater comfort without neglecting aesthetics. This toe cap is finished with a flexible protective band that fixes the toe cap to the shoe to prevent accidental detachment and prevents possible pressure on the foot and pain in the toes. |
